Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return or refund, please make sure that:
• The request is made within 5 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The product is in the same condition as received, without any damage or tampering.
Please note that opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

Refunds
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• In some cases, a replacement product or store credit may be offered instead.
